Way tooo long

Wow... I have not been on my xanga in ages. I've been really bad in keeping my xanga updated. But there's just way to many things like; myspace, facebook, xanga, hi5, you just name it. And if you have to constantly update each one of them it will take you forever. Since everyone is using facebook now. I just want to inform you guys, that I've got facebook too.

So what have I been doing for the last couple of months??? Well I've been very busy with summer camp. We are holding our camp in France instead of Switzerland. It's going to be a lot of fun. If are you interested in coming. It will be on August 13 - 18. Just leave a comment if you want to come.

Well I'll try to do a greater work in updating my xanga. Take care!!!

Xanga????

Well I am still wondering whether or not people are still checking their xanga site... I haven't really been checking mine... But I told myself that I should check it more often!

So what's new in my life??? Well I just celebrated my 23rd bday, time flies... But I spent it alone, not really... Because the most amazing family invited me in their house. Since I was house sitting for the Collinses, the Newbergers were so kind enough to invite me in their house coz it was Angelyn's 12th bday party... Welcome to the youth Angelyn, this is official. LOL!

Today (Saturday May 12) I celebrated my bday together with Jessica (from the filipino church). Coz it was her bday as well on May 10th. I know a lot of people who's bdays are on May 10th. May is the best month of the year. I took a lot of pics, coz my brother in law, Wesley, gave me a camera, and I'll post the pics next time. Took some really good pics.

I am Back!

Wow... It has been a while that I didn't update my xanga site. Told myself that it's time to update it! So there are a lot of things that has been happening in my life since I last posted... One of the most recent one's would be Youth Retreat in De Panne, Belgian Coast, April 20 - 22. It was a lot of fun... was the first time I organized retreat, normally I would just help organize retreat when Maggie was around. It was a true leadership test... And I've asked God if I passed the test... I think I did!

Youth Gathering - All I can say is PRAISE GOD

  Friday March 16, I was spending time with God in prayer. As I was praying, I asked God to just show me His heart for this youth gathering, to show me what He is going to do during the meeting. And this is what He gave me that morning, Joshua 3:5 Joshua told the people, "Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do amazing things among you". And I knew right away that God was in control and that He was going to take care of everything. And God kept His word. He did great things among us.

So Saturday's Gathering was just amazing... God really took control of everything. Last time we did the Youth Gathering was in November 18 2006, we had 10 different youth groups represented and 200 people came. This time we had 20 different youth groups represented and 400 people. God blessed the Gathering and we could feel God's presence in the place. It was so encouraging to see this generation of young people worshipping God. All I can say is PRAISE GOD and ALL GLORY AND HONOR BELONGS TO HIM!!!

This is the vision of the Youth Gathering: To bring all the youth groups of Belgium together; no matter their culture, background, language, denomination. And worship the living God. To challenge and encourage young people to go out and be disciples and make disciples. Is to bring unity among youth groups. Because it takes all of the youth groups to change Belgium upside down.
